Fred Woods | Chairman
Mr. Woods is President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Pace Oil & Gas Ltd. (a public oil and gas company) since June 2010. Previously Mr. Woods was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Midnight Oil Exploration Ltd. (a public oil and gas company) from July 2000 to June 2010. From March 1997 to May 2000 Mr. Woods was President and Chief Operating Officer of Ulster Petroleums Ltd. (a public oil and gas company) and Executive Vice President of Ulster Petroleums Ltd.

Anthony Lambert | President and Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Lambert has been President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Daylight since December 2004. He was Vice President, Operations, Chief Operating Officer and a Director of Midnight Oil and Gas Ltd. (a public oil and gas company) starting July 2000. From August 1995 to May 2000 Mr. Lambert was the Vice President, Operations of Ulster Petroleums Ltd.

Dennis Chorney | Director
Mr. Chorney is currently a Director and Chairman of the Board of Marble Point Energy Ltd. (a private oil and gas company). From September 2005 to April 2009 he was Director and Chairman of the Board of TUSK Energy Corporation, and from December 2005 to May 2006 Director, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Norquay Capital Ltd. (now Xtreme Coil Drilling Corp). He held the position of Director of Tiger - Cat Energy Ltd. (now RMS Systems Inc.) from November 2005 to November 2008 and Director of Sequoia Oil and Gas Ltd. (administrator of a public oil and gas trust) from April 2005 to September 2006. From October 2002 to April 2005 Mr. Chorney was Director and Chairman of the Board of Argo Energy Ltd. (a public oil and gas company) and Director, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Argonauts Group Ltd. (a public oil and gas company) from June 1998 to February 2002. Rick Orman | Director
Mr. Orman is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NOR Energy AS Resources Corp. (a private oil and gas company) and formerly served as Vice Chairman and Director of Novatel Inc. (a precision instrument company). Mr. Orman has been in the energy industry for over 30 years, holding positions in both the public and private sectors. From 1986 to 1992 Mr. Orman was a member of the Alberta Legislature and held the position of Minister of Energy from 1989 to 1992. From 2003 to 2005 Mr. Orman was a Founder and Executive Vice Chairman of Exceed Energy Inc. (a public oil and gas company).

Gordon Stollery | Director
Mr. Stollery is Chairman of AGS Capital Corp. and has over 30 years of experience founding and managing energy companies, the latest of which was Highpine Oil & Gas Limited. Prior to Highpine, Mr. Stollery was Chairman of Northstar Energy Corporation from 1997 to 1998 and Chief Executive Officer of Morrison Petroleum Limited from 1980 to 1997. Mr. Stollery also either founded or cofounded OGY Petroleum Limited, Storm Energy Limited, Canadian Gas Gathering Systems Inc. and Ballistic Energy Limited.

Jeff Tonken | Director
Mr. Tonken is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Birchcliff Energy Ltd. (a public oil and gas company). Prior to this position, Mr. Tonken was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Case Resources Inc. (a public oil and gas company) which was acquired by Fairborne Energy Ltd. (a public oil and gas company) in July 2004. Before his work with Case Resources Inc., Mr. Tonken was President and Chief Executive Officer of Big Bear Exploration Ltd. (a public oil and gas company) which was acquired by Avid Oil & Gas Ltd. (a public oil and gas company) in January 2000. He founded Stampeder Exploration Ltd. (a public oil and gas company) in 1987, which traded on the New York, Toronto, Alberta and Montreal Stock Exchanges and was later acquired by Gulf Canada Resources (a public oil and gas company) in 1997 for an aggregate price in excess of $1.3 billion. Mr. Tonken was a partner at Borden Ladner Gervais (barristers & solicitors), practicing commercial and corporate law for 12 years. Mr. Tonken is a past Director of the Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP).

Mr. Tuer is currently CEO of Marble Point Energy Ltd. (a private oil & gas company). Mr. Tuer has been Chairman of the Calgary Health Region since November 2001. From January 2002 to March 2005, he was a Director and Officer of Hawker Resources Inc. (a public oil and gas corporation) and a Director of Xtreme Coil Drilling Corp., Rockwater Capital Corporation and Canadian Natural Resources Limited. From October 2002 to April 22, 2005, Mr. Tuer was Director of Argo and President and Chief Executive Officer of PanCanadian Petroleum Limited (a public oil and gas corporation) from December 1994 to October 2001.
